Brigade Construction Technology and Vocational Training Institute (Brigade-CTVTI) Brigade Millennium Campus, J.P. Nagar, 7th Phase, Bangalore.

Brigade-CTVTI is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and training aids. Brigade-CTVTI’s mission is to train personnel for the construction industry through programmes for the training of technicians, supervisors and tradesmen. Courses are based on NICMAR’s international study material, specially adapted for India. By improving their skills through education, labourers will be able to increase their earning potential and better their quality of life.

We invite applications for:

Principal
Graduate in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering. 15-18 years experience in an engineering industry, of which at least 7-8 years experience in a teaching/training position. Should have interest and passion for curriculum planning, designing and implementing experiential workshops, and teaching in general. You will be responsible for enrolments, training and placement of external students. CTVTI's students will include both qualified engineers and skilled/semi-skilled artisans in the construction industry. Areas covered will be: soft skills, inter-personal skills, civil work, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping and housekeeping. You will also be responsible for developing alliances with industry, government departments, NGOs and other training institutions.
