1. We offer Vocational Training Courses for unskilled and semi-skilled workers, supervisors and technicians. These courses vary in length from 6 to 18 months and combine classroom lectures and presentations with on-site training. This allows for minimum absence from work: a benefit for both the trainee and employer. At the end of the course, trainees receive certification from the relevant bodies. 2. We conduct Management Development Programmes for engineers, contractors, construction managers and architects. These short-term courses vary from 2 to 4 days and cover areas like • Finance Management • Risk Management • Safety Management • Computerised Construction Management (with training in computer software, such as MS Projects, Prima Vera and CAMP (Cost Analysis & Management Project), which enable efficient management of projects and lead to quality results).
